The freshness and quality showcased the chef's dedication to culinary excellence. The experience was akin to savoring a homemade meal on a leisurely Sunday by the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast spread offered a plethora of choices, reflecting a true taste of France.In the evenings, I frequented the hotel bar lounge, reminiscent of the chic bars along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. The proximity of various dining options like Le CK and Aux Delices Dang added a touch of gastronomic adventure to my stay.Elysees Union thoughtfully blends French charm with culinary innovation, making it a delightful choice for travelers seeking a memorable dining experience in the heart of Paris.
